Photography-based Mental Wellness Support Group for Men. Led by Psychotherapist Steve Rose and photographer Luke Callaghan. Ideal for men who can find it hard to talk about their emotions, but can find their voice from behind the lens.
The group normally consists of around 10 support group members who are provided photography tasks designed to encourage conversations and reflective thoughts about mental health. The Group is open to men from all walks of life and no topic is too big or small with expert advice from Steve Rose a qualified psychotherapist. Luke Callaghan a professional photographer is also on hand to help with any photography-related questions whether you are using a pro camera or a smartphone they will both work fine.
